Who we are.
PatientFlow Pro is a marketing studio for medical practices and small clinics. By using this site or buying any service, you agree to these terms.
The Website Audit + Strategy Call.
The Marketing Discovery Consult is a $50 live service: a 30-minute video call during which we diagnose 1-2 specific patient-flow leaks on your real page and name the fix. The fee is the cost of the call. It is not refundable as cash. If you engage us for the Patient Flow System within 14 days of the discovery call, the $50 credits toward your launch fee. Past 14 days, the $50 was the cost of the founder's hour. The Patient Flow System launch fee and monthly Growth Retainer are quoted via custom proposal after the consult.
Services.
Smart Website + Booking, Google + Meta Ads, and Trust Photo + Video are sold under separate proposals with their own scopes of work. Ongoing services (ad management, AI front desk, newsletter add-on) bill month-to-month. Cancel any time inside the current billing cycle.
No guarantees of patient volume.
We can guarantee deliverables. We can guarantee mobile load times under two seconds and real-time online booking working on the homepage. We cannot guarantee a specific number of new patients. Anyone who does is lying.
HIPAA.
Marketing services never collect, store, or process PHI. If a project requires handling PHI, that work is out of scope and we'll refer you to a HIPAA-compliant vendor.
Intellectual property.
You own the assets we deliver to you (website code, ad copy, photo and video files) once the invoice is paid. We retain the right to discuss our work in case studies and content after the project ships, with anonymization on request.
Liability.
Our total liability under any project is capped at the total amount paid for that project in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This site is provided as-is.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute lands in the courts of Suffolk County.
